NeoTelecom is a plugin that freshens up the experience your players have with sending private messages, and also adds an economy aspect to it.

Players can create carriers, cell towers, and provide signal to their users. These users can then message and call each-other, allowing for private communication. When using a carrier, message costs go to that carriers owner.
